TICKET TO SUCCESS is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 30 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase with most of our products with the exception of some new products currently in development. We put our heart and soul into our products and we are confident in the information contained in them so we do require you to complete all the sessions, get involved with our community and complete YOUR ASSIGNED TASKS before making your refund request. If you have done so and can provide evidence of the work you have done laid out in the program and still don't feel like you got your money's worth, then we are happy to give you a refund within the 30 day period.

Refunding due to having to make videos is not a valid request. WE ARE SHOWING THE EXACT SALES PROCESS WE ARE CURRENTLY USING AND THUS WE NEED TO SEE IMPLEMENTATION OF ASSIGNED TASKS IN THE COURSE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

This policy covers our ticket to success product and all upsells (BESIDES WARRIOR ALLEGIANCE)

Cancellation requests and refund requests raised through any other means cannot be actioned until the raised through an email.
